I’ve been a technical assistance provider for twenty years, and I want to share what I’ve learned to help you become an expert practitioner.

I have provided TA to victim service providers, sexual assault coalitions, and state administering agencies throughout 56 states and territories. I’ve trained countless coalition staff on the craft of technical assistance, guided agencies from the brink of closure to flourishing, and helped state administrators redesign funding instruments. I can teach you the techniques and skills that address any TA request, from the simple to the messy. As a TA Provider, I’ve gained trust and respect of the Office on Violence Against Women, Office for Victims of Crime, and Office on Family Violence and Prevention Services, and I can show you how to build and maintain relationships with your government partners.

Every TA recipient that I’ve had the honor of serving taught me something about ingenuity, care, and grit. These lessons led me to build Fulcrum Practice Lab as a special space within Fulcrum Strategies, LLC.
